Job Description
We are looking for an Account/Process Trainer to join our team in Clark Pampanga. As a trainer, you will be responsible for training needs analysis, curriculum and course design, content development, and course delivery. You will also be required to have a basic knowledge of research methodology and principles.
Requirements
- Training experience in effective communication, customer service, technical support, and culture
- Basic working knowledge of word, excel and PPT
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical ability to examine data and integrate inputs to determine and resolve key issues
