Support and co-partner with business teams to manage end to end credit approval, underwrite for customer segments, and oversee follow-ups with vendors. Extensive travel required to develop business and ensure quality portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/ CA or Equivalent
- Support and co-partner with business teams
- Underwrite for all customer segments
- Authorize deviations raised and documented by underwriters
- Finalize review of credit memos and approval/ decline sign-offs
- Approve all disbursement requests
- Oversee and initiate follow-ups with external vendors
- Co-ordinate with the recoveries team and generate business insights
- Engage in development, implementation, review and monitoring of credit programs
- Extensively travel to oversee branches
- Ensure compliance to all Audit /other regulatory regulations
- Ensure self updating on key regulatory changes and competition practices
- Extensive participating in all monitoring related activities
- Active participating in collection follow up and delinquency management
- Maintaining the quality of the portfolio
