Requirements

• Help ensure the safe operation of our process through a highly automated, state-of-the-art system.
• Obey all safety rules and identify and correct potential safety problems.
• Work both in a team environment and individually as required.
• Perform routine work permitting as scheduled.
• Perform area lab analytical analysis (titrations, density measurements, process sampling as needed)
• Troubleshoot lab equipment as issues present themselves.
• Identify and implement solutions to recurring equipment problems.
• Communicate and complete detailed logs for shiftily items taking place.
• Assist I&E technicians and mechanics as needed / as asked.
• Must be able to identify the need for, and request engineering/vendor assistance as required.
• Communicate and work with other groups (process engineers, production technicians, quality control) as necessary to promote efficiency in problem solving and work scheduling.
