Job Description
Join Primient for a rewarding manufacturing role as an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician. The role involves analyzing and solving problems on various process instrumentation and switchgear, inspecting used parts, and performing maintenance and calibration of process analyzers. The starting pay is $42.52/hr with opportunities for advancement. Benefits include healthcare/medical insurance, 401 K matching, and paid leave. Requirements
- Mechanical/electrical knowledge to analyze and solve problems on various process instrumentation and switchgear
- Ability to inspect used parts to determine changes in performance using various measuring instruments
- Prior experience in instrument calibrations and documentation in ISO 9000 or FDA facility
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least five of the following areas: Documenting calibrators, PLC ladder logic diagrams, configuration and calibration with HART communicator, troubleshooting of 460V 3 Phase electrical switchgear, troubleshooting motor control circuits, troubleshooting 4-20mA instrument control loops, maintenance and calibration of process analyzers, rebuilding control valves, calibration of level transmitters, DCS interface (Foxboro control system)
