Job Description
The Lead Plumber is responsible for carrying out all the duties and responsibilities of a plumbing mechanic at the journeyman level with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Requirements
- Lead and supervise a team of journeyman plumbers, helpers, and steam fitters, ensuring a high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures and other plumbing systems for water, drainage systems, gas, steam, air, and other liquids.
- Inspects completed work for conformance to local codes and standards.
- Possess excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
- Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Manage all plumbing work orders in Maximo.
