Job Description
Tatu City is seeking a dedicated MEP BIM Engineer to lead the digital design and coordination of building services systems within their urban development project. This role focuses on creating detailed, data-rich MEP models using BIM, coordinating with architectural and structural disciplines, and leveraging BIM technology to optimize performance and streamline construction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM processes and collaborative workflows.
Requirements
- Develop and manage intelligent 3D BIM models for all MEP systems.
- Lead the MEP coordination process by integrating MEP models with architectural and structural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
- Generate accurate construction documents.
