Requirements
- Experience leading and scaling People Operations in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong business judgment and ability to navigate organizational dynamics
- Direct, thoughtful communication and ability to challenge leaders with a clear, data-informed business case
- Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to build structure in an ambiguous environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate organizational dynamics with judgment and discretion
