Host

The Host/Hostess is responsible for providing excellent hospitality to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. This role involves making guests feel welcome, managing tables, taking orders, handling complaints, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining room. They are the first and last impression for the restaurant.
