Job Description
Canvas Restaurant & Market, a contemporary dining destination, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead a high-volume kitchen team. The role focuses on ensuring food quality, consistency, and operational efficiency, with mentorship, training, and collaboration with the Executive Chef. This position is on-site and offers a creative, inclusive environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Previous supervisory or lead cook experience
- Solid foundation in classical cooking techniques and modern plating standards
- Exceptional organizational skills and calm under pressure
- ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain)
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
