Job Description
Joe's American Bar & Grill is seeking a Line Cook to prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-paced environment. The role requires adherence to recipes, kitchen standards, and excellent guest satisfaction. It is a hands-on position in a waterfront restaurant.
Requirements
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
- Communicate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to learn of featured items and shift information
- Prepare food based on recipe instructions and proper portioning methods
- Adhere to guest allergy sensitivity protocol
- Set up and maintains station with correct food products and utensils
- Monitor product levels and restock when necessary
- Clean and sanitize the work area including counters, utensils, cutting boards
- Demonstrate professional and gracious demeanor
