Job Description
We're hiring for a world-class Senior Recruiter to lead the charge in scaling our exceptional team. You'll own full-cycle hiring across all roles at Tavus, build our entire recruiting engine from scratch, and partner directly with the team to define and execute our talent strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in-house experience as first recruiter at an early-stage startup
- Proven success hiring top-tier talent across all functions, and specifically technical AI/ML roles
- Exceptional communication and candidate experience instincts
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in ambiguity
