Quality Engineer

A software tester is sought to join a growing team in Quriyat, Oman. The role involves designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for web and mobile applications, identifying and resolving bugs, and collaborating with developers and the QA team. The company is looking for someone with at least two years of experience.

Requirements

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases (manual and automated).
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and the QA team.
• Document test plans, test cases, and results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
• Good SQL/database knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 2+ years’ experience in Manual & Automation Testing
