Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Taxbit is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving successful customer business outcomes and building deep client relationships. The role involves partnering with customers to deepen value realization, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and advocating for customer success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or professional services, with a background in financial services, crypto, and/or tax and accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or master degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or professional services
• Background and expertise in financial services, crypto and/or tax and accounting preferred
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to learning and experimentation.
