The Chief People Officer Assistant plays a key role in helping the Human Resources team run smoothly and efficiently while supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and proactively support a fast-paced executive environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of HR, executive assistant, or administrative experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in HR or corporate leadership
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams and Zoom)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment
