Job Description
TDS Telecom is seeking a Fiber Construction Technician to join their Internal Constrcution Crew (ICC) in Delavan, WI. This position involves general construction labor with a focus on outside plant construction, including installing communications facilities and supporting preventative maintenance. The company focuses on connecting communities through fiber internet technology and offers opportunities for growth and professional development. Training and safety is prioritized.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in customer service, electrical or utility construction, or technical certification.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for DOT requirements.
- Ability to obtain a Class A CDL (preferred).
- Ability to work various/swing shifts.
