FP & Analyst (f/m/d)

Job Description: TE Connectivity is seeking a FP & Analyst to work in Trutnov, Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Economic, finance, or Accounting and 3+ years of relevant work experience in Controlling Department. The role involves consolidating and analysing actual results and forecasts, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent in Economic, finance, or Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Controlling Department
• Fluent English and Czech (verbal/written)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Accurate, systematic, and independent work style
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility during peak forecast/ closing periods
• Willingness for self-development and ambition to reach the next career steps within the organization
• Good communication skills to interact within different levels and functions of organization
• Understanding of product costing, management accounting
• Familiarity with SAP, excel & data manipulation
• General understanding of U.S. GAAP, IFRS reporting and local rules
