Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer I (Cable Assembly) supports senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to optimize quality and output levels. This role focuses on improving efficiency and standardization within cable assembly operations.
Requirements
- Assist in optimizing and standardizing stamping, modelling, assembly, and other processes within the manufacturing environment.
- Support senior engineers to ensure processes operate at optimum levels for maximum quality and productivity.
- Contribute to the design and development of manufacturing process platforms and automation systems.
- Identify potential improvement areas and develop solutions to enhance overall manufacturing system performance.
