Manufacturing Engineer - Machining role involves diagnosing problems, performing maintenance of complex equipment, and ensuring specific manufacturing behaviors are in line with practice and operation standards.
Requirements
- Act as the process leader for the machine shop
- Provide day-to-day technical support
- Optimize and standardize manufacturing processes
- Align TE Business Unit plants with TE Operating Advantage requirements
- Roll out Centre of Excellence initiatives
- Advise on tooling and machine duplication
- Design and develop manufacturing process platforms
- Support product development teams
- Act as a key interface between engineering and production teams
