Job Description
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Contribute to the manufacture of Wire & Cable products in accordance with the company Quality standards as well as Health and Safety guidelines.
- Perform the various stages of production as defined by the Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage (Lean Manufacturing), Quality, Safety, General Standards and Company Procedures.
- Prepare and complete all documentation accurately, legibly and in a timely manner.
- Report any deviations to supervision promptly and to assist in resolving non-compliances where necessary.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and quality within the department.
