Senior Manager - Operations Strategy role is responsible for contributing to growth strategy, competitiveness, and operations performance by working on strategic decisions and key business issues.
Requirements

- Develop strategies and approaches to fulfill complex operational project assignments in creative and meaningful ways.

- Create analytical models to address key operations questions and translate output into clear stories.
- Lead the overall fact base creation and communication process.
- Develop playbooks and maturity models to standardize best in class practices and train teams on those topics.
- Establish, monitor and coordinate effective execution of various projects using a strong project management framework leading to successful execution.
