Specialist - Lead Management & Demand Generation

As a key member of TE Connectivity's AD&M Marketing Team, the Marketing Operations Specialist will support the execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns and lead management processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or CRM management
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance reporting
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
