Supports the development and execution of commodity strategy for the procurement team and drives leading indicators like savings pipeline. Develops a long-term procurement strategy to strengthen the procurement foundation for metals and pressed parts. Promotes the overall improvement of suppliers' quality, cost, delivery, and technology to meet TE's business requirements. Achieves a 5% annual cost reduction target to maintain the company's cost competitiveness.
