Job Description
The Strategic Sourcing Analyst III is responsible for defining and implementing regional sourcing strategies for relevant commodities and suppliers, and negotiating supplier contracts. The role requires experience in procurement, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in procurement as procurement as Buyer, Strategic sourcing Analyst or Equivalent position in supply chain
- Experience in preparation of negotiations
- Sourcing experience for relevant commodities
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude
- Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams
- Ability to create competitive strategies and plans, broad knowledge of strategies and tactics of the marketplace, knows trends
- Proven track record in negotiation skills
- Knowledge of regional and global supplier base for relevant commodities
- Advanced knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluent English at negotiation level
