Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of production experience in high-volume manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/lead role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
- Good understanding of ISO/IATF 16949, EHS, and quality management systems
- Proven leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills
