Tealium is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant to drive innovation in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), AI-driven customer engagement, and real-time data activation. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer challenges, create demonstrations and prototypes, and present solutions to enterprise architects and CxO suite.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant or similar role (Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Advisor, etc.) working with enterprise SaaS product(s)
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Curiosity and a desire to keep learning and growing professionally and personally
- Passion for finding and articulating technical solutions to business problems
- Ability to lead marketing process and technology discussions with business and technical audiences
- Deep understanding of Marketing Technology (Martech), AI-powered personalization, and Digital Marketing workflows and architectures
- Presentation skills and experience that demonstrate technical proficiency, business, and communication skills
- Ability to understand and uncover customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions
- Ability to work closely with internal teams (sales, product management, engineering, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of solutions
- Understanding of the sales process, cycles, and methodologies — including Value Selling and the Challenger Sale
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven marketing strategies, predictive insights, and the role of AI in Customer Data Platforms
