Job Description
We require an experienced Delivery Manager with a deep understanding of Digital Transformation in the public sector to help us design, develop and test the Transformation Support Service.
Requirements
- Experience of delivering transformation in government in the fields of digital, data & technology and organisation design & the cultural changes required to achieve it
- Experience of delivering government digital services and a deep understanding of the Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live process
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Expertise in agile governance
- Experience and understanding of digital service management
- Expertise in process design
