Junior IT System Administrator

As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Setting up, managing and monitoring the entire life cycle of our IT infrastructure in accordance with existing standards (e.g. ITIL best practices).

Improving our processes regularly in the sense of process optimization.

Your Workday

You are the direct point of contact for user inquiries regarding:

• Hardware
• Operating Systems
• Microsoft 365
• Internal IT applications

You are responsible for:

• Organizing and implementing projects in the IT field
• Acting as an administrator of the IT infrastructure (1st and 2nd level support, Windows Server/ Windows Client, Linux/ Unix)
• Ensuring high availability of IT operations and administering and maintaining fault-tolerant Linux and Windows servers
• Maintaining running systems and implementing applications
• Actively working on the continuous development of IT infrastructure and the implementation of digitalization projects

You have completed a successful education in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification.

You are a versatile and experienced professional with expertise in the areas of:

• Microsoft operating systems
• Microsoft 365
• Linux (ideally)
