PMA Production Technician

Team JAS is seeking a skilled and motivated PMA Production Technician to join our growing team. In this role, the successful candidate will support the manufacturing and repair of aviation components by performing detailed assembly, testing, and inspection tasks in alignment with established production schedules and stringent quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field; aviation industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform precise assembly work.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Competent in Microsoft Suite. Experience in Quantum Control ERP is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to wear a respirator.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and quality control standards is a plus.
