Job Description
Team Rehab is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a physical therapy clinic, responsible for growing, developing, and managing the clinic's operations. This is a partnership opportunity for physical therapists with the support of a company. The ideal candidate will prioritize exceptional patient care and lead in clinical operations, marketing, financial management, and staff development.
Requirements
- Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
- 5+ years of proven experience with track record of exceptional patient care
- Desire to own/run clinic
- Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist
- Commitment to Team's initiative of making DEI a priority
