Job Description
Team Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (CHT) to provide outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Requirements
- Evaluates new patients and develops treatment plans

- Completes documentation accurately
- Masters in Occupational Therapy license
