The Practice Coordinator supports and maintains the operations of the TeamHealth Hospital Medicine practice, administratively and operationally. They are responsible for daily patient reconciliation, record processing, and documentation review.
Requirements
- Recent, relevant experience in a hospital or physician office setting
- Knowledge of medical records administration, patient registration, and documentation workflows
- Demonstrated ability to maintain compliant, accurate recordkeeping in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with current tools, standards, and regulatory requirements in hospital medicine operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and accurately without direct supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
