Credentialing Specialist

The Credentialing Specialist is an administrative position coordinating facility specific medical staff office and/or non-privilege post-acute applications for clinicians. The position requires disciplined follow-up, clinician and medical staff office / facility interface, organization skills and detailed documentation.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of college (specifically business courses)
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a medical staff office or credentials position
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle multi-tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
