Medical Assistant EPN Urgent Care

Medical Assistant performs a variety of duties to accommodate and support urgent care clinical staff in the provision of patient care. The MA performs all clinician orders in a timely and accurate manner adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in related field preferred, minimum of High School diploma required
• Vocational training as a medical assistant preferred
• Medical Assistant Certification or EMP a plus
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a medical office/clinic environment preferred
• Previous experience with drug screens preferred
• Current certification required based on clinic specialty, including but not limited to PALS, ACLS, BLS
