Patient Accounts Representative

TeamHealth is a physician-led and patient-focused healthcare organization looking for a Patient Accounts Representative to review unpaid invoices, maintain accuracy and production, and perform various duties as directed by Senior Representative, No Response/Billing Supervisor, and Accounts Receivable Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years previous medical billing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing and health care reimbursement
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Excellent organizational skills
