PIEDMONT MEDICAL CENTER - HM - ASSISTANT MEDICAL DIRECTOR

We are seeking an assistant medical director to support our hospitalist team at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill/Fort Mill, South Carolina, close to Charlotte, North Carolina. The assistant medical director will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Supporting the medical director in oversight and support of all clinical and non-clinical activities provided by the program
• Creating a team culture that values high performance and excellent patient care
• Managing the program to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals
• Strategic planning responsibilities such as physician communications and business development
• Participating in clinical oversight of the practice
• Recruiting, orientation, and on-boarding of new hire clinicians
• Monitoring individual hospitalist performance and providing feedback
