Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting.

Requirements

• LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Georgia
• 1 year experience as an LPC/LMHC/LMFT post program completion
• Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with older adult populations
