Job Description
The Senior Operations Project Manager oversees multiple high priority projects for the Chief Medical Informatics Officer and manages all phases of the project life cycle, building strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders and ensuring consistent communication.
Requirements
- Manage multiple projects and operational responsibilities
- Lead projects from initial concept through completion
- Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools
- Maintain accuracy of project plans
- Oversee stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with business analysts to define analytics requirements
- Develop proficiency in TeamHealth's proprietary and enterprise systems
