Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• At least 5 years of experience working with and or managing locum tenens across healthcare settings
• Senior leadership experience overseeing strategic planning, operational performance, and growth of a healthcare or professional services business unit
• Strong track record partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports
• Ability to build high functioning team
• Outstanding communication and people skills
