Teamified is seeking a Lead Generator to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline by owning inbound leads and executing outbound outreach. The role involves qualification, personalized communication, CRM maintenance, and reporting to drive discovery calls and book sales. They collaborate with marketing on campaigns and provide weekly reports.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong persuasive communication skills
• Proven experience as an SDR/BDR (B2B preferred)
• Highly organized with the ability to switch contexts
• Proficient in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and call tools
