Job Description
Teamified is seeking a Lead/Principal Engineer to drive the technical vision and build the future of workplace insights using AI-driven development workflows. The role involves leading the integration of AI/LLM capabilities (Claude, Gemini) across a fullstack platform, architecting scalable solutions, and guiding a team utilizing the BMAD Method. This is a full-time, remote position focused on transforming how organizations understand and manage their remote teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional software development experience with fullstack experience across Ruby on Rails and modern frontend frameworks (Next.js/React preferred)
- Strong AI-driven development experience with hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows and frameworks like BMAD Method
- Growth mindset and rapid learning ability
- Strong leadership mindset and experience leading technical initiatives
- Startup or small team experience
- Customer empathy and understanding of AI's impact on end users
