Job Description
Teamshares is a tech-enabled acquiror of high-quality businesses that programmatically acquires companies with $0.5 to $5 million of EBITDA from retiring owners. We are seeking a Senior Associate to lead and execute financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting and buy-side transaction experience
- CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred
- Experience working for a mid-market accounting firm is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated capabilities in evaluating small to medium-sized businesses
- Strong interest in and passion for empowering employee ownership in small businesses
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality, excelling in both team-based and self-directed environments
