Job Description
Teamshares is seeking a VP of Network Performance to drive financial results, improve operational excellence, and lead teams overseeing a portfolio of employee-owned businesses. This role involves managing and developing an industry-agnostic network of 85+ companies, ensuring they meet corporate goals, and optimizing internal processes. The position requires a strong financial leadership and team management skill.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, portfolio management, or investment leadership
- 5+ years managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to portfolio businesses
