Job Description
TEC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee small to medium-sized construction and tenant improvement projects, from pre-construction through closeout. The role involves leading teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. The project manager will partner with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Manage all phases of assigned small to medium-sized projects.
- Lead and coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) and project buyout processes.
- Create, issue, and maintain all contract documents throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
