Job Description
TEC is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to join their team in Sergeant Bluff, IA. This role involves selling parts to customers, identifying needs, and providing excellent service, ensuring a seamless experience between warehouse, parts department, and service department. The position requires creating value through knowledge of customer needs and building customer relationships.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- At least 3 years of experience in truck/automotive parts counter sales
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements
- Forklift experience and ability to become forklift certified
