Job Description
TEC is seeking a Service Technician 4 to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty trucks. The role involves in-house training, travel for training, and a family-oriented work environment. Responsibilities include inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, with a focus on complex engine overhauls and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and attendance are key.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in commercial 6 & 8 truck classes
- Own hand tools
- Proficient repair and diagnosis of commercial truck systems
- High expertise in troubleshooting using diagnostic software
- Valid driver's license and meeting insurance requirements
- Reliable attendance and safe work practices
- Knowledge of OEM Master Tech certifications & Cummins training preferred
