Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our client's civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in civil construction and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on civil construction
• GCC experience is required
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications
