Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team and help deliver exceptional projects. As a Senior Architect, you will lead and manage the design process for high rise buildings and luxury villas, working closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in high rise and luxury villas design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong design and technical skills with an eye for detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
