Innovation and IP Engineer – teknisk roll nära produktutveckling

As an Innovation and IP Engineer at FläktGroup, you will work closely with technical and product development engineers to identify, develop, and strengthen technical innovations in line with FläktGroup's IP strategies. You will be part of Global Technology and work at the interface between technology, innovation, and patent strategy.

Requirements

• Master of Science degree in technical physics, mechanical engineering, energy, or equivalent
• At least five years of experience in engineering work
• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
• Experience of patent work is meritorious
• Background in HVAC and cooling and heating pump technology
