Job Description
TechInsights is seeking a UX Research Lead to transform its design practice from execution to strategic impact. This role involves leading end-to-end research projects, leveraging AI-powered tools, analyzing behavioral data, and translating insights into actionable product improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX research methodologies and a passion for evidence-based decision making.
Requirements
- 6+ years of UX research experience in enterprise or complex digital platforms.
- Expertise in usability testing, contextual inquiry, diary studies, surveys, card sorting, heuristic evaluations, and competitive benchmarking.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience building research capabilities through mentoring.
