The Executive Producer is the senior leader and business owner of the game/franchise, responsible for its creative direction, production execution, and commercial success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in AAA video game production.
- Proven shipping experience across PC/console platforms.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Advanced business and financial understanding, including live-service models.
- Ability to define long-term vision and deliver against it.
- Flexibility and problem-solving mindset.
- Deep passion for video games.
- Very good command of English.
